This project consisted of the demolition of two existing buildings and the construction of a new 57,000 sf facility to include a showroom, offices and a 47-stall service department. The project also included 44,700 sf of parking containing 387 spaces. The most unique feature about this project is that the majority of new car inventory will be parked on the roof. The project is located in the SODO area of Seattle.
